Purpose of the website

FitConnect Pro is a B2B SaaS platform for personal trainers, strength coaches, dietitians, and their clients, available on the web and through mobile apps. It supports training programs, meal plans, progress tracking, communication, trainer digital subscriptions through Stripe on the web or Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, and coaching-service payments through Stripe Connect.

For Stripe Connect coaching payments, the trainer is the seller and receives settlement; FitConnect Pro charges 10% of the net amount plus applicable VAT on that commission, while Stripe processing fees are separate. Web subscription requests are handled through FitConnect Pro support; Apple cancellations and refund requests use the Apple account and reportaproblem.apple.com; coaching refunds follow the trainer-client agreement and non-waivable law.

Some features use Anthropic through our AI gateway to prepare drafts or explanations from deterministic rules and minimized, pseudonymized context. NEXUSVIBE SL provides the technology tool but does not itself provide training, nutrition, sports-coaching, or medical services; the independent professional reviews the content and remains responsible for the service they deliver.

Conditions of access and use

Accessing the website does not by itself create an account. To register as a client or trainer, the user must actively accept the current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy through a checkbox; the platform retains the acceptance date and accepted document versions.

The user undertakes to make diligent use of the website and platform in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use them for unlawful purposes, in a manner harmful to the rights or interests of third parties, or in any way that could damage, disable, overload or impair the normal operation of the website.

The user must have legal capacity to contract. The professional services and paid contracting features of the platform are intended for adults.

Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the website and platform — including, by way of example, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, source code, designs and the selection and arrangement of their contents — belong to NEXUSVIBE SL or its licensors and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Content that professionals or clients upload to the platform (plans, progress photos, measurements, messages) remains owned by the person who provides it; the user grants NEXUSVIBE SL a limited license to host and process it for the sole purpose of delivering the service.

NEXUSVIBE SL makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy, currency and availability of the information published, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the website and platform.

FitConnect Pro facilitates the relationship between professionals and clients. NEXUSVIBE SL is not a party to the coaching-service relationship and is not liable for the suitability, quality, legality, or results of training programs, meal plans, or recommendations the professional reviews and shares, including AI-assisted drafts.

Training programs, meal plans, and other content do not constitute medical advice. Before starting any exercise program or dietary change, the user should consult a healthcare professional, particularly if they have a medical condition.

NEXUSVIBE SL shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, nor for those caused by unauthorized access or by misuse of the platform by users.

Links to third-party sites

The website and platform may contain links to, or embedded content from, third parties (for example, videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo). NEXUSVIBE SL does not control such sites or content and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability, nor for any damage that may result from accessing or using them.
